After attending a four-day seminar about Energy and the Environment, we decided that it was within our reach to spread the message of "green". With this, we created VertVerdeGreen, a website dedicated to making the green movement attainable for anyone (with a computer). We also hope that VertVerdeGreen can raise a few bucks for the movement, and perhaps do some projects for greenification.
We are two girls who live in New York and attend high school. We are not professionally trained in anything dealing with green, but have taken biology and gone to a seminar dealing with these problems, which give us a pretty good background. In the past we have raised money for various charities, but are very passionate about the green movement. We both have very busy lives besides the site, with sports, music, plays, and school, but still try to update as much as possible.
